Refund Policy

At Teddy's Lawncare and Property Maintenance, we take pride in providing reliable, professional lawn care services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and service corrections are handled.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service we provided, please contact us within [24–72 hours] of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include a service correction or follow-up visit.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A service was paid for but not performed

  • A clear service error occurred that cannot be reasonably corrected

  • A duplicate or incorrect payment was made

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction based on aesthetic preference after services were completed as agreed.

  • Conditions beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, pest damage, or pre-existing lawn health issues.

  • Services that were completed but later affected by weather or customer activity.

  • Missed services due to inaccessible property, unsecured pets, or lack of access to the service area.

Cancellations

  • One-time services canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Recurring service plans may be canceled at any time; refunds will apply only to unused prepaid services.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and typically processed within 5–10 business days.
